At Chateau Apartments, we understand that pets are an integral part of your family. We are delighted to welcome your furry friends to our community!

Pet Policy Highlights:

• Residents are allowed a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment.

• A Pet Fee of $500.00 applies for up to two (2) approved dogs or cats. Half of this fee is due initially, with the remaining balance payable within three (3) months of move-in.

• A Monthly Pet Rent is added to your regular rental payment.

• For the safety and documentation of our community, a photocopy for each pet is required.

• We prioritize the safety of our residents and have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive pets. Should a pet exhibit aggressive behavior, the owner(s) will be required to either remove the pet from the premises or opt for the Lease Buy-Out.

• Up-to-date shot records are mandatory upon moving in and during lease renewal.

• We strictly enforce the Leash Law to ensure the safety and comfort of all our residents and their pets.
